TICKETS & ENTRY
Do I need a ticket to enter Santa’s Christmas Village?
Yes. All patrons (Adult or Child) must have a valid ticket to enter Santa’s Christmas Village. Tickets are available to purchase online through Megatix (check dates).
how does it work?
Tickets can be purchased from Megatix from the 1st November (with a presale link only).
Presale Tickets Registration Period- 20th October (Registration Only)
Presale Live- 1st November
Early Bird Tickets on Sale- 7th November (General public)
Upon arrival you will need to visit the Box Office in the Foyer of PCEC. Our friendly staff will scan your tickets, so that you can redeem your Coupon Sheet and/or Adult Entry Passes.
You can redeem your Coupon Sheet and/or Adult Entry Passes up to 30 minutes before your session start time.
All patrons will need either a Coupon Sheet or an Adult Entry pass to gain access to the event
what’s included in a child ticket?
Child tickets are suitable for children 3 to 17yrs old.

*Indicates child access only.
All activities included on a Child’s Ticket are non-transferable and non-refundable. Adults and Children can only use the activities that are allocated to them on the ticket. Any activity that is not used on the Child’s Ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Coupons cannot be used on sideshow games, Showbags, food or any other offer within Santa’s Christmas Village. Coupons and passes are for the stated purpose only. No exceptions.
Any patron seen selling/giving away incomplete Coupon Sheets, Coupons or Passes, or receiving unused Coupon Sheets, Coupons or Passes will be asked to leave or refused entry into the venue. No exceptions.
Rides, and games and purchased on the day if available.
what’s included in a adult ticket?
Entry only.
What’s the difference between Presale, Early Bird, Final Release & Box Office pricing?
The only difference between the ticket categories is pricing.
Presale tickets will only be available to purchase between selected dates, and with access to the exclusive presale link sent out in email to all registered patrons, with only a limited allocation (available until sold out).
Early Bird tickets will also only be available to purchase between selected dates and will also have a limited allocation (available until sold out).
We suggest getting in early to take advantage of the discounted pricing available during the Presale & Early Bird releases. Once these initial allocations have been exhausted, patrons will need to purchase tickets at the higher price points (Final Release or Box Office).
Please note that Final Release pricing is only available online and cannot be redeemed at the Box Office.
do you provide refunds?
No we do not provide refunds. So please choose carefully and make sure to read all information before making a decision.
Can I split the Coupon Sheet between multiple children?
No. Every Child and Adult need a valid Coupon Sheet or Pass to enter the event. If you do not purchase enough tickets for your family, you will need to pay Box Office prices for additional patrons. If the time slot is sold out, the additional patrons may be refused entry.
What are the age requirements of a child’s ticket?
All children aged between 3 to 17 years old will need a Child’s Ticket to enter. Please check our attractions list to make sure your child is suitable for the activities on offer, as no refunds will be provided.
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day for entry times that are not sold out.

Online ticket pricing differs from Box Office pricing as each session time only has a limited allocation. Once a particular session time has sold out online, it will also be sold out at the Box Office.
We encourage patrons to pre-plan their visit and pre-purchase their discounted tickets online, avoiding Box Office queues, higher prices and to avoid any disappointment.
We are also better able to monitor and control patron numbers within the venue when tickets are purchased online.
Please note that entry will not be permitted for patrons who do not have a ticket.
Can I reuse my santa’s christmas village Coupon Sheet on another day if I don’t use all the coupons.?
No. All Santa’s Christmas Village Coupon Sheets are only valid for the time and date of entry. Any torn or half used Coupon Sheets will not be granted entry on another day or re-entry on the same day. Coupon Sheets have a one-time use only. If you do not redeem all the attractions on the Coupon Sheet, they will be forfeited.
Any patron found giving their unused Coupon Sheet to another patron will have their tickets (along with the receivers tickets) cancelled and will be immediately asked to leave the venue. No exceptions.
If I lose or damage my School's Out Winter Fest Coupon Sheet, can I get a new one?
No. Your Santa’s Christmas Village Coupon Sheet is your access to all the activities.
Any lost or damaged Coupon Sheets will not be replaced. No exceptions
Do you accept Companion Cards at the event?
Yes, we do accept Companion Cards.
The Companion Card must be presented by the 'companion’ when entering the event, alongside the paying patron they’re accompanying.
Companion Card tickets will be issued at the event. No online tickets are available for this particular category.
Please do not purchase a ticket for the accompanying adult online, as it will not be refunded.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is offered through our ticketing partner, Megatix. Afterpay handles all payment related matters, and Megatix handles the tickets.

When is Santa’s Christmas village?
Santa’s Christmas Village is OPEN on Select Dates from Saturday 6th December to 24th December (Check Calendar HERE) for capacity controlled 2hr45min sessions:
Session 1: 9:00am- 11:45am
Session 2: 12:30pm- 3:15pm
Session 3: 4:00pm- 6:45pm
Session 4: 7:30pm- 9:30pm* Select Nights only- This is a 2hr session and does not include all activities
What is a session time?
A session time is chosen at the time of purchasing your ticket. The time you choose on your ticket is the time you can enter and stay at the event. Remember you only have 2hr45mins or only 2hrs for the night sessions.
Patrons only have 2hr45mins to enjoy all activities on their coupon sheet, this must be done at the time allotted on their ticket i.e. (9am to 11:45am, patrons can enter anytime from 9am but they will be asked to leave at 11:45am. No exceptions.
We ask all patrons to leave in-between sessions. For the 7:30pm session, you only have 2hrs to enjoy all activities.
9:00am- 11:45am ; Enter anytime after 9am, but all patrons will be asked to exit at 11:45am
12:30pm- 3:15pm; Enter anytime after 12:30pm, but all patrons will be asked to exit at 3:15pm
4:00pm- 6:45pm; Enter anytime after 4pm, but all patrons will be asked to exit at 6:45pm
7:30pm- 9:30pm* Select Nights only; Enter anytime after 7:30pm, but all patrons will be asked to exit at 9:30pmThis is a 2hr session and not all activities will be included or open.
Entry times are strictly enforced and patrons arriving late or on the wrong day will be refused entry. If you are late and do not get the full time alloted on your ticket will not have access to the next session or have their ticket refunded. It is up to you to be on time.
Please make sure you check the date and time of your entry ticket to avoid disappointment.
Are there time limits?
Yes. A patron must enter and leave in the time they have chosen on their ticket.
Each ticket only allows you 2hr45mins at Santa’s Christmas Village, from the time that session opens to when it closes. Except for the 7:30pm session which is only open for 2hrs.
No exceptions and no extra time will be permitted.
No refunds will be provided if you do not use all activities included on the Santa’s Christmas Village Coupon Sheet.
CAN i change my session time?
Yes, but only if the same ticket category is available at the time. If the ticket category is no longer available, then please contact support@megatix.com.au

Final Release Tickets, can be changed anytime
Changing your session time will not be available 24hrs before your session time or on the day.
Do you have sensory sessions?
Yes! A visit to Santa’s Christmas Village involves sound & lighting effects, music, and visual theming.
Sensory Sessions aim to reduce the effect of these sensory indicators so all patrons can experience the Adventure in comfort:

NOTE: Some attractions have inbuilt movement, sound and lighting effects that cannot be disabled.
Are we allowed to enter and exit the venue as we like?
No. Once you enter the venue, you are not allowed to enter and exit willingly.
Once you exit the venue you will not be allowed to re-enter. No Pass-Out’s. No Exceptions.
Any unused Coupon Sheets or tokens are not refundable or exchangeable.
Note that a FULL Coupon Sheet is required to enter the event.

Does the event accept cash and card payments?
Yes! The Box Office at the event will accept both cash and card payments.
Showbags & food outlets will also accept cash and card payments.
However, please note the following exceptions:
Sideshow Games accept card and tokens only.
Carnival Rides accept TOKENS and Ride Coupons only.
Christmas Attractions accept Coupons with the same title only
Are pets allowed into the event?
No. While we also love our furry friends, pets are not allowed into Santa’s Christmas Village under any circumstances. Only registered service dogs will be accepted (registration will be asked at entry).
Can I bring food into the venue?
Yes, small snacks can be brought into the venue.
However, large amounts of hot or cold food, birthday cakes, eskies and picnic baskets are not permitted due to health and safety regulations and also space limitations.
If you plan on bringing a large group for a birthday party (or other special event) please contact us beforehand, so that we can discuss options.
What food and beverages will be available to purchase at the event?
Santa’s Christmas Village has a range of food and beverages available, including hot and cold options (and coffee!)
Will there be seating at the venue?
Limited seats will be available at the venue. Please ensure that all patrons who enter the venue are capable of walking and standing for long periods of time.

How much does School's Out Winter Fest cost?
ONLINE ONLY PRICES
Child tickets start from $25+bf (Presale period Only)
Additional Adult tickets from $10+bf (Presale period Only)
Box Office pricing on the day will be more expensive. Our suggestion is to buy tickets online in advance to save and avoid disappointment.
Once online discounted entry prices are exhausted, only Box Office prices will be available (if the entry time is not sold out).
All sold out entry times will not have any Box Office sales available.
Do adults have to pay?
Adults attending the event will need to purchase a separate ticket to enter the venue.
These tickets are valid for entry only, with no other inclusions.
No ticket, No entry. No exceptions.
What does +BF mean?
You will notice online prices have +BF which indicates a small Booking Fee that is charged by the ticketing agency at checkout.
‘+BF’ does NOT mean ‘plus BEST FRIEND’.
The Booking Fee amount differs, depending on your order total. Booking Fees cover the cost of the ticketing agency to provide your tickets and are not refundable.
you accept Concession or Pension Cards?
Concession and pension cards are not accepted for Santa’s Christmas Village. No discounts are applicable when presenting these Cards, either online or at the Box Office.
However, please note that we do accept Companion Cards.
Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Children under 3 years of age do not require an entry ticket - it is free for them to enter the event ONLY.
However, they will not be entitled to any other inclusions.
Adults are NOT permitted to enter for free alongside a child under 3 years of age; All Adults will require an entry ticket.
Please also be aware that attractions at Santa’s Christmas Village are generally not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Are there any age limits or height restrictions?
Yes, all of our Carnival Rides have height requirements. Please refer to the Rudolph’s Fun Fair page on our website for more detailed information.
Can I ride with my child?
Yes. However, adults will need to have Carnival Ride Coupons or Tokens to accompany children on rides.
